These terms govern your use of the Wotti Art Interiors website, shop and design services. By placing an order or booking a service you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We confirm each order by email before it is processed, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
Design and visualization services
Services are booked with a deposit and governed by the package you select. Deliverables, revision rounds and timelines are those stated in your chosen package. The balance falls due on delivery of the final renders.
Intellectual property
Renders, drawings and specifications we produce remain our intellectual property until the project is paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use them for your build.
Liability
We take care to represent colours, materials and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee exact colour matches. Our liability is limited to the value of the order or service concerned.
