If a piece is not right, we want to make it right. Here is how returns, refunds and exchanges work for shop orders.
Returns window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange collection.
Non-returnable items
Made-to-order and custom pieces, along with beddings that have been opened for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Deposits on design and visualization services are non-refundable once work has begun.
